Joanne Thompson is a qualified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist with a real passion
for fitness and wellbeing. She has worked in the industry for over 16years.


Absolute priority to her is health and fitness through a large variety of methods including 1-1 sessions, in a gym environment, at the clients home and online. she provides
continued support outside of the 1:1 to maintain motivation and boost progress.

As a fully qualified nutrition coach, Jo ensures her clients understand how to live a
balanced, healthy lifestyle though a variety of methods including nutrition coaching,
food logging and reporting using Nutritics software via an app called Libro.

Motivational behaviour change sessions relating to lifestyle habits & choices with diet
and exercise. These sessions are designed to help the client to achieve goals and
promote healthier choices.

Most important to Jo is keeping the whole experience fun, friendly and effective. 
There is also access to her group fitness social media platform where you will benefit
from communicating with likeminded people.

All sessions include full nutritional support and mentoring with access to a nutrition platform/app where you can log your dietary intake each day. You will receive a full nutrition report weekly and ongoing support with your diet from myself.

I will also provide you with a tailored training programme based on your goals. As part of my service, you will benefit from bio-impedance electrical analysis, this method measures your bodyfat, muscle mass and health markers, if you have any questions please let me know.
