In 2021 I decided to make a career change and follow my passion for fitness and become a personal trainer. I have always had a sports related background from a young age, playing football for Derby County Academy and tennis for Chesterfield.
Running is also one of my passions and in lockdown during Covid-19, I kept the people of Wingerworth and surrounding areas entertained by running 100’s of miles dressed as Batman, Spider-Man and various other Superheroes.
My choice in career change was also influenced by my own personal weight loss achievement, in which I lost 3st and 4 inches off my waist in a 3 month period through a regular exercise programme and nutritional calorie controlled diet. It is my desire to use my expertise and personal experience to help other people achieve such goals.
I have been running a successful Bootcamp since November 2022, which keeps going from strength to strength. It has seen some remarkable results, with one client losing 2.5st and 10 inches off their waist.
All my sessions are fun and challenging, with me looking to make improvements to your lifestyle outside the gym as well as in it. I will help you work towards any goals which you want to achieve, such as weight loss, strength and conditioning, and cardiovascular fitness.
