I have been Personal Training and instructing classes since 2000. Having completed the London Marathon in 97, I decided I would like a career within the fitness industry. Two years later I was running it again, this time with a team that I had trained. Within 6 months of completing my gym and resistance training I was chosen to complete a Personal Training Course and launch the service for a premier health club. I established a successful running club lasting over 15 years for the same health club. I enjoy teaching my spin classes a minimum of 9 a week over 4 locations and I am one of the only instructors to have a double spin at 2 of these locations.

My experience spans over 16 years with many successful results. One of the most emotional moments was my client who dropped down from 23 stones to 16 stones. One day we jogged up hill past his house, only to be told later that he use to struggle with his trekking sticks walking up that hill. The following year at 50 years old we ran the Bolsover 10k, he gave me his stick to say thank you that he would never need them again.
