My passion lies in enhancing quality of life, both physically and mentally, through structured exercise, nutrition awareness and education.
I aim to give you the understanding and tools you need to succeed, with a focus on technique and mind muscle connection, to help you exercise effectively and achieve your goals, in a fun and friendly way.
If it's inch/weight loss you are after then expect a detailed consultation to include weigh in, base measurements, blood pressure readings, progress photos (optional but recommended), realistic goal setting, regular reviews, calorie tracking,1:1 sessions, home exercise plan and regular support to keep you on track.
With qualifications and extensive experience in GP Exercise by Referral and Cardiac Rehabilitation, I can prescribe appropriate and beneficial exercise for a range of conditions such as COPD, Arthritis, Cardiac conditions, Diabetes, Anxiety, Obesity, Osteoporosis and more. Whilst I can't offer a quick fix solution, I aim to enhance quality of life and help you to manage your condition to improve daily living.
Whatever your reason for wanting to make changes, I am here to support and guide you. What I ask in return is your honesty and commitment. Together we can do this!!!
