With over 10 years experience within the fitness industry I believe in a healthy body mind and spirit. I have always had a passion for fitness and enjoy helping people on their own fitness journey to achieve individual goals.
Having exercised all my life I had a bright future as a boxer but developed more of interest in kickboxing and weight training. My main hobbies are rock climbing together with body weight training; focusing on gymnastic strength, mobility and flexibility. I am passionate about yoga, Pilates, meditation and sport massage in my everyday life.
My training approach with you would be to focus on creating a more mobile and flexible body with increased stability to treat and prevent injuries whilst at the same time achieving the body strength and results you desire. I am here to help transform your body and mind focusing on your individual fitness goals. Whether it’s to lose weight, increase strength or learn new techniques I am here to help you be healthy and happy!
