Joanne Thompson is an highly experienced and motivational Personal Trainer and Nutritionist.

 

Joanne puts the client at the heart of her training and mentoring and employs a range of training and programming methods to help her clients reach their targets. 

Joanne has been in the health and fitness industry for 16 years and has helped many individuals to improve their fitness, health and also nutrition with fantastic results. 

With a degree in Nutrition Diet and Lifestyle, Exercise Referral trained and working towards a masters in obesity and weight management.. Jo ensures her clients understand how to live a balanced, healthy lifestyle. 

Jo is also qualified in Motivational Behaviour change strategies and can help you to understand your bad  habits and how to improve them  to help achieve your goals. 

 

These sessions are designed to help the client to achieve goals and promote healthier choices.

Most important to Jo is keeping the whole experience fun, friendly and  effective

1:1   |   £40 per hour

4x 1hr PT sessions | £140 (£35 per session)

8x 1hr PT sessions |  £260 (£32.50 per session)

 

4x 30min nutrition coaching sessions | £88 (£22 per session)

4x 30min PT sessions | £100 (£25 per session)​

Small group session  |  £60 for 2 people (extra person/s £10 each)
