I discovered my passion for fitness 11 years ago. Five years after having my first (and only) child, I realised that eating healthy alone wasn’t cutting it anymore. I needed to make exercise a regular part of my routine.
​
Starting out was tough, I lacked confidence and felt like I was too big and unfit to even consider working with a personal trainer. Add in the challenges of juggling childcare, work, and home life, and I know first hand how hard it can be to find time for yourself.
​
Fast forward 18 months, and I was finally happy with the way I looked and felt. My own transformation inspired me to help other women who might be struggling with the same doubts I had when I first started my fitness journey. So, I became a trainer and I’ve never looked back.
​
With 9 years of experience as a personal trainer, I take pride in offering sessions that are personalised to each client’s needs. My goal is to keep things challenging, yet fun! Training doesn’t have to feel like a chore when you can have a giggle along the way.
​
From my own experience, I understand how tough weight loss can be especially as we get older. But together, we can do this. I’ll guide you with nutritional advice, goal setting, tailored workouts, and regular check-ins to track your progress. We’ll celebrate every milestone, whether it’s weight, measurements, or simply how you’re feeling. Let’s achieve your goals together!
