Hey I’m Melanie, you can call me Mel. 

​

I started my career in the fitness industry in 2003 after an injury prematurely finished my dance career. I have worked in group exercise, as a studio manager and GP referral instructor in gyms, community settings and leisure centres. I took a break from fitness and became a sports coach in primary school specialising in dance and gymnastics… and of course fitness. After getting over my own chronic illness and recovering from two major ops I decided I wanted a career change and to come back to fitness, I finally got my PT qualification. 

 

I have helped people from all walks of life with lots of different needs which means I am client led. I am empathetic, supportive and will always listen and provide encouragement.

I aim for people to be happy, healthy and their best selves mentally and physically. I have a special interest in women’s health and wellbeing and have qualified as a menopause and women’s fitness coach … so if you are bamboozled by all the mis- information out there get in touch with me and I’ll support you from perimenopause all the the way to the other side!
